First Gear Up was founded on a simple idea: businesses shouldn’t have to overpay for essential products. Too often, companies spend more than they need to—not because they want to, but because they don’t have the time to shop around for better deals. That’s where we come in.

Voldemars, an experienced sales and procurement manager, founded First Gear Up out of a passion for finding the best products at the best prices and processes. With a background in the motor trade, working up from a sales apprentice to Group Commercial Manager, he saw first-hand how much businesses were overspending simply due to lack of time. Determined to change that, he set out to provide a smarter, more cost-effective way to source supplies.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief: quality shouldn’t cost a fortune.
